This week has at least been interesting if nothing else. Work has been work but we haven't gotten much done because of rain illness and accidents. Tomorrow it looks like one to two inches of rain. If it rains, I won't be cutting grass but I've a side job that I'd much rather do cause it pays more.
No fishing so far this week, was thinking tomorrow night but it won't happen if we get the rain we are suppose to. Squirrels have been in season for a week now and I have yet to be in the woods with a firearm. Too many promises to keep.
This weekend, Saturday I'll be at the Ag Museum demoing my blacksmithing for their Harvest Festival, Sunday is the float trip down the Saint Jones. It'll be an enjoyable weekend just no hunting involved. For what ever reason my brain just hasn't switched into hunting mode from the summer. I have faith it'll happen.
A few more weeks and westward bound I'll be. Should be a interesting trip where I learn plenty. We will see. Attempting to have no expectations about it so I have no disappointment in regards to it.
