ADMU just won the UAAP basketball championship. And I was there in the coliseum, watching, shouting, cheering, trashtalking for the Hail Mary team.
And I remembered how I thought of the uni's 2002 team-roster and sports-story as that of Shohoku in "Slam Dunk". This year's team was a dream combination of Deimon Devilbats and Oujo White Knights from "Eyeshield 21" (OK, it's an American football series, but the spirit and strategy were the same).
