In my head, Molly Ivins and Ann Richards are somewhere warm, drinking margaritas and raising a glass to all of us, and saying "OK gals, it's your turn now."

Meanwhile, The Rude Pundit says goodbye and sums up precisely why Miss Molly will be sorely missed.

Thanks for the link. I own Ivins' books, and I loved her column. It's hard for me to really believe she's dead, because she was so damned vital - and in so many ways.
