I make no secret of my love of expensive dolls eyes made of urethane. Every one of my dolls has them, and I probably have enough floating ones to nearly buy a fullset Volks SD. (I try not to think about that too often, it makes me sad.) Gumdrops, Mystics, DropRops, and Everpurples, I have a good variety of all of them. Mystics I especially love because the eye size is etched into the back of the eye and often the color name or code is written on there as well.
Which brings me to the topic of my rant.
Why is it apparently so FUCKING hard for sellers to READ the eye size and list their eyes correctly? It's right on there, you don't have to guess. If you lost the bottle or your original order form, all you have to do is flip the eyes over and READ. It will even tell you the iris size. JUST. READ.
No less than THREE times I have bought eyes purported to be 16mm, only to flip them over, READ, and discover that SURPRISE! They're 18mm, often with a 10mm iris. NOT WHAT I WANTED FOR A DOLL WHOSE EYEWELLS WILL NOT SUPPORT 18MM EYES.
Come on, people. Read or GTFO. I'm tired of dealing with your illiterate bullshit.
And yes, since you are displaying to me that you don't read, I have no alternative but to conclude that you are illiterate, or a fucking moron, and most likely both.
RAWR.
