After using a temporary drive for over a week, I've finally gotten a replacement SSD from OCZ. They've replaced the Vertex Turbo with an Agility 3! Awesome update, also it's got the latest firmware already installed.
After a bit of an issue of backing up my current drive, and trying to restore it, and discovering that for some reason the partition is a little too big (the 120Gb Turbo is bigger than the 120Gb Agility 3???), I've had to shrink the partition and re-backup, before restoring on the new drive.
After getting that right, and tweaking the Intel drivers and configuring AHCI mode in the bios correctly, everything appears to be up and running again!
After running the Experience Index, I'm very pleased to find my system drive now out performs some of the other components and doesn't lag behind.
