"How has this pain helped you grow?"

Happy 2004 Everyone!!

A lot has definitely happened in my life since the last update. I'm writing now as I prepare to embark on the dubious task of working out my schedule at BU. Oh man that place is too much to handle when it comes to scheduling. I'm not one to toot my own horn but I feel pretty computer literate, but when it comes to using BU's online site I seem to fall short in my abilities.
Most importantly the new year brings with it round two. For everyone that "round two" means nothing to, I am dating Jen again. It has been almost a year an half that we split initially and it's crazy to think of what we've both been through since that time. We've grown and had our space for a while to experience the world, but now it just feels right and I couldn't be happier. It's dorky, but I really look forward to spending Valentine's Day for the first time with someone.
I got in another little snafu with the car and I hit a sign out of the pavement one night. The car and I (in no particular order of importance of course) are fine. The end.
Work is still going well. Figuring out the spring schedule was trying, but it always works out. There were a few tense days there but it's all good now. My cool employees never cease to spice up things and make going to work fun times.
I had an amazing time over break all in all. I took a nice little trip to Florida to visit Mandy and see U-E's band and jazz choir perform in Disney. It certainly was a wonderful time. I just started going through some pictures for my photo album and it feels like a dream. It was so fun, sunny, and warm that it just seems unreal as I sit in my ice encrusted house with the -25 degree winds swirling outside. I also went to the city with Marty, Ingrid, and Erin from Pack & Mail for the day last week. We ate at fun places, went to the awesome Toys R Us in Times Square, and saw AIDA!! That was such a great show and the trip as a whole was so much fun.
I'm going wrap stuff up here but I definitely loved seeing everyone over break. Mandy, Andy, my new Florida friends, Alyse, Jamie, Anthony, Tran, Materese's, and the whole freaking jazz choir in Florida are a few of the cool people that I got to catch up with. Stay in touch in this new year and here's to a great 2004 for everyone, even MJ.
