Phase 1: Complete
After a few days procrastination, since the mod who decided to organize the update got sick, they're finally done. Unfortunately we've had to let go of a number of people who didn't respond. We even sent PMs out notifying them of ways to contact us. If they see this belatedly and still want their characters they are going to have to reapply for them.
