(no subject)
i feel sick. not the i-want-to-puke-the-sight-of-you-makes-me-want-to-hurl-kind of sick. but i feel really sick. like im going to be really sick, like i-have-the-headache-cough-and-colds-i-just -want-to-lie-all-day-sick..
ever since i got on that bus to alabang (going home to laguna) i have had this persistent headache that wont go away. i was thinking (and very much hoping) that it would be gone by the time i reach home, like my usual headaches are. i have these headaches and i go to sleep while waiting to get to alabang, then wake up, headache's gone. or i still have the headache but by the time i reach home to lie it out, its gone.. but that wasnt the case yesterday. i got home and i still had the headache. so what i did was take off my shoes and popped biogesic (john llyod saying, "ok to, kahit walang laman ang tyan!"), ate a piece of bread and popped bioflu (mapapabangon ka sa bioflu [this is me and too much tv]) after which i decided to lie down and hoped that the head ache would go away..
unfortunately, two hours of sleep only subsided the headache but it did not completely go away.. so by 7pm i was in bed, praying to god and my! was i praying fervently! that the head ache would go away (see im not really the type to whine and ask my parents or anyone to take care of me when i dont feel well, i kind of just wait for it to go away :p)
woke up around 8 am and the swollen throat feeling was still there. mom practically held my mouth open so that id just drink her erythromycin (?!) which was all too much trouble because i had accidentally split it to two (im not a very good tablet drinker).. had to pop vitamin c to get rid of the ugly taste of erythromycin and then went and lie down again..
im up.. saw 3 or 4 episodes of hotaru no hikari and the whole death note season 1 series (or at least that's what it says on the dvd cover) and ate a few m&m's peanuts, even talked to drew about borrowing his copy of densha otoko but the swollen throat feeling is still there.. well, i hope i get better before monday, i would need this voice to talk to people at the book launch..no! im not the one launching a book but a friend is! want to come see me and my friend? that's 3pm at fullybooked fort bonifacio heights! ill be there! :p
