People with dead phone lines should call the company's repair number, 800-275-2355.

That's like saying:
People with whose Internet access is down should visit the company's Web site at http://www.yafuckya.com.
That ranks right up there with AT&T Broadband two years ago. They lost their contract with their network carrier and we lost internet. When you called their 800 number, the message said, "If you have questions or concerns about your Internet outtage, please visit our website at www.attbroadband.com"
I swear these places are completely retarded at times.
