Things have been relatively calm recently. Perhaps it's just the winter season. Once snow begins to fall, many people tend to stay indoors and spend their free time by the fire or huddled under blankets. Not that I blame anyone who does that. That's how I tend to feel during the summer. All I want to do is relax and attempt to stay cool.
The blind date last month was rather interesting. Based on the last two years, I have lucked out on companions. I'm rather grateful for that. I can only imagine if I was paired with someone who was not as understanding or similar to myself. Regardless, it was a pleasant way to spend the evening.
I've started to consider Samus' words. It would be rather pointless to get a vehicle. Considering how close the school and dorms are to downtown, I would never really use a car or bike. However, I can't help but feel that at least having a license would be a good idea. If nothing else, it would be in case of an emergency. I don't know. Perhaps I'll give it more thought before coming to a final decision.
