Mama Petrelli is the shit! A MUCH more fun and interesting revelation than Linderman. Though I'm really curious about where he fits in with regard to "the company", and how he knows so much.
Ando was the most adorable thing ever, as was Hiro, but he always is. :-P And I was actually cheering Niki. Poor Nathan. He's still a selfish bastard, but at least he tries to do the right thing. I love when he and Hiro are on screen together!
Shapeshifter chick, whose name I can't remember, is a total freak, and Mr Bennet is really stupid for not realizing they would use her to get to him. Any viewers who didn't realize she was impersonating his wife really need to have their eyes and ears checked. That was the most unsubtle thing ever. "You have really nice hair" and "Wow, that's a neat trick". As for Mr B, he just saw what her ability was, and he's been dealing with the "company" for two decades. Did the Haitian erase any semblance of his intelligence, too? *headdesk*
I knew there was something up with Simone in the previews, and I'm glad she's not "one of them." Sad that she's dead, but it's better when there are some actual "regular" people in the story. Isaac... Wanting to go back on the smack? Can't say I blame him. But he was pretty stupid, too. His painting looked a lot like what Hiro saw when he went to Isaac's apartment in the future. Or it could have been Peter - hard to tell.
And Peter... Well, Mohinder's a bit of an idiot. I mean, he knew what he was getting himself into with Sylar, but he didn't know enough, and he was really stupid to keep him so lucid. But of course he couldn't do anything more incapacitating because that would ruin the plot. :-P Still, I can't really complain because this show is so much fun and I enjoy the hell out of it, cliches and silliness and unsubtleties notwithstanding. It's still hella clever.
I missed Claude. :( (I have no Heroes icons, so I'm cheating using a 9th Doctor one) I'm hoping he was following Peter. Either way, I doubt Peter's going to die, but it's going to be a bitch waiting seven fucking weeks to find out how he gets out of that mess!
At least Doctor Who is starting up in a few weeks. Whee! Can't wait to meet Martha, but I really can't wait for Jack! I have a lot of Who news to catch up on, too. I haven't been over to OG in ages.
It's cold out, and windy, and I have so many things I have to do, a dozen or more fics left to read, another fic to edit before Nessa kills me. *sigh* I've been so tired but I've been having trouble falling asleep, so I've been averaging 3 or 4 hours a night most nights. Or mornings, I should say. I might try to go to sleep early, and by early of course I mean after I post the midnight fic at hp_springsmut. Heh.
Speaking of which, we've had some really fantastic fics and art submitted, so if you're not watching, you're missing out on a number of real rair pair gems.
