I really seem to have the worst luck.

So, Ben left in November for Iraq. In December, my little Honda blew up and ceased to be. I had to learn to drive his car, which was a stick shift. I love it now, but driving in a standard in honolulu traffic is not very fun. Anyway, in January, the Mazda started acting up, so I took it for a diagnostic test, which came out fine. The guy said it was great, no problems. Today, I was driving down the road, and in the middle of the turning lane, the car just died. I was stopped at a red light, and it just cut off. Then it wouldn't start, and was ticking like the battery died.
So, I'm holding up traffic, people honking at me, I have no idea what to do. So this guy offers to help me push the car. Cool. So, he's pushing, but the light is red, and there is a van in front of us. So, when I notice the light isn't green and that van isn't moving, I try to stop but there's no power to anything and the breaks take a long time to work, so I end up bumping the car in front of me.
Ugh.
So, we have to somehow push the car to the other side of the road, then wait for the MP's to get there, then push the car to a driveway, go buy a new battery, and now I have to get my computer reset. Damn new fangled cars and their computers.
So I got a ticket. Didn't have to pay a fine but whatever. Waited 2 hours for an MP to show up after that, before going ahead and going home because fuck waiting that long in a hot ass car.
I don't know why, but since Ben left, I've had the worst luck with cars. I think I'm cursed or something.
Forget driving, I'm taking the bus next time.
