Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, Level One
Over the weekend, Derek and I went to Woodland Hills down in SoCal. We went for this real estate seminar. I guess I could really embelish what it was about, what we did, and my opinions, but as always, for all trips, it's time to give you all the bullet points:
- left at 4:30 (I got outta class at 3:15) rolled in at 11PM
- had to wake up far earlier than I do for work
- the main guy who taught the seminar kinda sorta looked like Stiffler from American Pie
- we learned A FUCKING SHITLOAD down there, I can't believe we didn't have to pay
- we listened to hip-hop exlusively on the ride down, but Derek has concluded he HATES the Kottonmouth Kings/Kingspade
- Westfield Mall in Woodland Hills on Oxnard St. = the worst mall I have ever set foot in
- went to the worst strip club ever in Canoga Park
- our old real estate strategy was horrible...we had no contract to protect us from getting fucked, sooooo many things could have went wrong, and we basically had no plan
- learning what we know now, we're hitting this hard with far less time and energy than we've ever done...I hope I can do this for a living. IF I did, what would I do??? Hmmm...
If I won the Lotto, I'd buy pounds of Bud,

A different house for each day of the week,
A private lake so I could jet ski,
In the back, a duck blind so I shoot geese with my dad,

The Universal Walk, fuck it i'll buy the mall,
