worked a lot today training
bench press 205 for 1+ reps, got 4.
corporate gig downtown
clean and jerks 5x3 @ 185lbs
fish fry when i got home with cornmeal, garlic powder/salt, salt, chili powder, black pepper, (calls for cumin but didn't have any this time), olive oil; 3-4min per side of talapia fillet, golden brown, somewhat crunchy, reminiscent of fried chicken!? weird to taste that taste again.

going to start grappling, ju jitsu, muy thai, boxing this week...

full time personal training, part time server @ ciao on weekends, part time corporate wellness trainer for software corporation, strength athlete, chef in training.

time for bed, 5am shift tomorrow
