My Date Was AWESOME!!!

We went to Gourmet Garden in Brighton for dinner. We were going to meet at 6, but he accidently got on I-69 instead of I-96 and had to turn around. Then when he got off the freeway, he got held up by a parade! He finally got to Brighton at 6:40. We met outside the restaurant and when we went in he held the door for me. I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken and He ordered Sweet and Sour Shrimp. We both got Egg Drop Soup and White Rice. He finished my chicken! We just sat there and talked for a long time, then he paid. (I got the tip.) Then we went to the Mill Pond and walked around for a long time before sitting at a picnic table and talking until almost 10:30. I had a lot of fun and we both agreed that we should definitely go on a second date! I am going to drive to meet him next time. (He lives in Owosso.)

After our date I went to mooinabox  and waiting4beckett 's 25th Birthday Extravaganza! It was great fun! I got an awesome HoverRound tattoo! (It is supposed to say "Born to Ride", but as you can see, the 'B' didn't turn out quite right!)


I got to the people I babysit's house (that grammar was weird) at almost 2:30, and this afternoon Diane said she didn't even hear me. (My family is shocked that I could be so quiet!)
This morning the twins and I made waffles. Then we spent most of the day in an all out Nerf War! When the neighbor boy came over it was one twin and me vs. the other twin and neighbor boy, until the twins' dad came home and got tired of our noise! ;o)
