My sister's MRI went well. The good news is that she doesn't have MS, Cancer, a Stroke, or a bunch of other things. The bad news is that they still don't know why she has 'loss of sensation' down the right side of her body.
My friends were shocked that I had never had a Red Bull, they made me try it. My reaction, "Ugh! How can you drink that?" made them laugh. I think it tastes like Nyquil mixed with flat Rock & Rye.
I am wholly looking forward to Saturday. White Stag is on Saturday, I can't wait to see Wendy & Blaise (and their kids), Sir Osric, Galenna and Darius, Burgy, Octavio, Lorcann, Emma & John,
alliquay, Maeve (and her boys), Goblin Mama (if she makes it), and everyone else who is coming!!!
So my friend told me about this great website, Bookmooch, it's an online community for exchanging books. It's almost totally free, you pay shipping on the books you send out. It's great because you can swap Advance Reader's Copies because you're not selling them, you're just giving them away. I have already received 4 books that I've either had a hard time finding (3) or never got around to buying (1 - A Long Way Down by Nick Hornby). I wholeheartedly recommend bookmooch.com to anyone who reads a lot and wants to thin out their collection (or get rid of the books you dislike.)
