Man, all kinds of shit has happend since X-mas eve. First christmas was bad ass. I expected little but got more than I asked for. Most specifically, a digital recording studio, so I can lay down tracks in the comfort of my own home. Which is a good thing.

Anyways, Now the main news... Thursday after I got off work, I came home to a notice on my door. My brother and I have been wanting to transfer to the apartment we used to live in, which is across the sidewalk from my current apartment. The complex left me a note stating that I could not transfer because I had a balance due with them. Now on the 15th, I had a balance of $382, of which I paid $200, all the while telling them I would have the rest by the end of the month. The notice they left me said I owed them an additional $312. Worst part about it, they said it was due by midnight Sunday night. So, not only did I owe more than I thought, I owed it by the day after christmas and didn't get to talk to the complex till after the deadline (They were closed Friday-Sunday). Yesterday, I went up there, basicly to plead with them not to evict me. Turns out, not only had my $200 not been taken into consideration, but that they had accidently double billed me for rent last month. SO, I had a positive balance with them, they went ahead and took the $75 deposit for the new apartment from that, and next months rent will be much cheaper. AND, we got the apartment. The move date is the 7th of Jan. I went in there today, to get measurements for the new couch I'm getting. I went up the stairs and walked in the door, half expecting to feel odd walking in my old apartment. I didn't. I walked in, and it was like I never left.

Since I found out about jessi and charlotte, I've not felt like my apartment was home. Its just a dwelling, a place i live. As of the 7th, I'll feel home again, I'm sure of it. I can't wait. Anyways, still need to go computer/computer desk/couch shopping. So, I'm out kids...
