Seventiespunk: the new thing?
Weirdest damn dream. I was playing World of Warcraft, only instead of a CD-ROM, it was on a record. 33 1/3 RPM, phonograph record, turntable mounted where the laptop keyboard should be. (Never mind that you don't even need a CD in the drive to play WoW, just roll with it.)
And since I was using the laptop in my usual style, in bed w/computer on chest, it kept skipping every time I shifted, and I could only think "What idiot thought this was a good idea?!" Got so I had to restart the game, and I took the record off the turntable, and then lost track of it (how do you lose something that size?) and the rest of the dream consisted of trying to remember where I'd put it.
...That would have made for some damn slow loading times, never mind the other headaches involved.
