So after having my way with C&C 3 I've almost completed the last of what is needed to do to prep myself for the onslaught of May. Granted I still have about 350 hours of anime to watch and about a fortnight or more of games to play, though I'm slowing making my way through them, as soon as I've dealt with my hoster I'll be upping the new site and

Not all girls are like that, I swear! For one, about the only thing I like about curtains are the little tassel things. They amuse me much in the way they amuse cats. I want to bat at them. :p
Then again, I agree with you somewhat. A lot of people get engaged or married or have children merely because it's the 'right' thing or 'oh my! my biological clock is ticking'. I never got the latter. It makes me want to shove some sort of ticking bomb up their ass and see if they'll notice the difference.
I'll stay strong in my beliefs that even though I'll get to that age, I won't willingly want someone else to be part of my life (like that anyway).
It depends on what you mean 'like that'. If you mean the whole super clingy, let's spend 24 hours a day together and have all the same friends and never ever be different in any way, then fair enough! But there are plenty of relationships that aren't like that.
Besides, wouldn't you want some housewife-y type who you can boss around and who cooks and cleans for you? I know I'd like one!
That's just my two cents. I tend to go commenting on random journals often. Hi! And if you want to elaborate on the rant you started... feel free, because I feel that there's much more there.

When I did this post I was ticked off 'with' my brothers girlfriend who 'thought' through family association I was 'required' to help out with IT problems of theirs.
Yes I am a computer technician (a real trained one) however so is my brother, yes there are 2 in the family fortunately or unfortunately. So the only excuse she could come up with to get me to help them was: 'I don't want to ruin my relationship with your brother by him screwing up a computer I require for my work'. It's like 'dude your like SO dead for not fixing my computer right, the marrying, kids and all that is SO off!'
Get the picture ? Yeah that's why I went off my rocker, granted I still stick to the point of 'I'd rather be free of any tangles than be in an iron grip of someone else'. The sort of girls I go for a free spirits not ones I can turn into my own personal slave (which I don't want anyway that would be too demanding on my part also).
'oh my! my biological clock is ticking'. I never got the latter. It makes me want to shove some sort of ticking bomb up their ass and see if they'll notice the difference'
There is always that option left though. Depends if you have the balls to 'try' to do it. :p
Finally, yes you do win at commenting on old entries in random journals (I forgot my i-win button in the last couple of Alterac Valley games I played).

*blink* She sounds a bit... strange.
I've always thought a personal slave would be fun. Not as a relationship, per se, but as more of a ... pet you stick in a dungeon.
LJ's a good distraction when I'm at work. You commented on one of my comments in Mlj user="rexrox341">'s journal. I tend to randomly check the journals of people who comment on my comments when I'm bored. And besides, I skipped all the anime entries. They really go right over my head. So not my thing. Plus, this distracts me from the horrifying fat person porn I'm currently looking up. And yes, that's entirely work related!

'I want to get married'
LAWL!

Either that or I just don't really find that amusing. Maybe I need to actually see the picture.

Well with most h-games it's not the 'marrying part' just the parts before it (which usually happen in that order). Still someone bothered to name it 'I want to get married'

I'm guessing you're fluent in Japanese?
I wish I were bilingual. Well ... more accurately trilingual. It's just I wish I knew another language that I actually liked! Russian would be cool to learn. Or German.
And because I'm sure you'd love to know (and to stop myself from posting yet another entry in my own journal), I have a honours supervisor! Yay!

Since you read my LJ this far you would of looked at my profile (which I haven't completely been 'clean' on) since I took 2 languages in school, Japanese and Russian but only took my HSC with Japanese so I can say I do know russian as a language however haven't used it since school.
You have an honours super ? weird.

Just never saw the need for such things, sounds like a personal tutor from uni (and probably is also). Of course this coming from a person with little to no Uni schooling at all might just be an off-hand comment.
I still prefer going to tafe than uni (costs and also the schooling are radically different). Which of course I'll be going back to next year to update my certificates in Japanese & computer studies, I really do need to retake the certificate III again just to update the skills I have.

I'm at uni mainly because, well, my parents didn't give me any other option. Plus, my scholarship gives me lots of shiny monies.
