Upswing
Alright! I'm more optimistic, finally. I started reading "The Art of Asking" again which I save for just such occasions, I had just forgotten about it. So, I've already got a new song idea in which I can collaborate with D. Yay! And it's an elegy for George. It's in the very early stages so it will probably be some time before we figure it out completely but it's good just to be started. The early stages sound like Enya or Lorena McKennitt but we have some ideas for throwing some electronica into it to make it less world music new age cheese. I think it's going to be a fun project.
I also have some solid ideas of what I can start blogging about too to keep me a little more current and slightly more relevant. Books! Since I'm reading so many business books it's time to start sharing that information, what was useful to me, what wasn't, who I think it might be useful to.
I will not go crazy and die in this barren wasteland.
