Well,hubby and I are headed north. Some work to be done on the Cols house, because it appears its about to go into contract!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It won't net us any profit, but it will pay off the mortgage, the realtors, and get me not paying the damn thing each month.
Hopefully we'll get to see MadLori, so I can finally deliver her birthday present to her.
