Glad to be home
The semester is going okay so far. Even though I only have classes from Monday thru Thursday, the days are very long. I'm in school around 10-12 hours but I'm pretty used to it now. On Mondays and Wednesdays after my morning class, I take the Cat Tran to 4th Ave to go to work for 6 hours, then return back to campus to finish the rest of my classes.
Today, a strange thing has happened to me. After work, I went out to wait for the Cat Tran and a middle aged man came up to me to ask me if there are any bars around here. I pointed out to him that there are several on 4th, such as O'Malley's, IBTs, etc and he just kept smiling at me. Then he asked if I go to the University of Arizona and I answered yes and that I was on my way back. He nodded his head and while still smiling, he asked me if I wanted to get some beer or wine to which I immediately answered "no" while giving him the weirdest look of "What the hell?!" Finally to my relief after that awkward moment, he walked away. I have no effin' idea what that was all about and he really did creep me out. At least it wasn't a big issue. So many bizarre people on 4th. My co-worker saw a hobo tripped a kid who was skate boarding. What a dick! X(
