Inspired and sleep deprived
I finally came up with a decent design for my blog. I think I'm satisfied with this one.
This weekend has been nothing but eating mostly. Last night was Amanda's birthday dinner at Sweet Tomatoes which was my first time there. Thanks to Amanda's parents for treating us! ^^ It was extremely nice of them and I honestly wasn't expecting that.
Then this evening was a celebration of a month old baby daughter that my cousin just had. This was a Chinese party, so of course there were tons of food, a bunch of little kids running around and a number of Chinese elders screaming at each other in casual conversations. I dragged Darren along so he would meet more of my extended families. It was funny because my aunt would speak to him in Cantonese and I had to tell her that he doesn't understand Cantonese, and yet she continued to speak it anyways to him. Poor Darren was so confoozed. XD
I think my lack of sleep is catching up to me now. Even though it's only midnight right now, I think I'll go crash.
