Bismarck: To all you yellow skinned from the extreme East, Guten tag. Wie geht es Ihnen? (Good day. How are you?)My name is Bismarck. The strongest battleship in history born from the best of German technology. For those of you with bad memory, I implore you to at least remember my name.
[ Bismarck ]
Said to be 'the pride of the German navy'. A huge German battleship.
Bismarck: It seems the U-boat has been soiling my reputation, but submarines and such have always been just mere - in a sense - 'copycats' of us battleships. That youngster does not know what he speaks of the German navy, pay him no heed. To clear the mistake up, I shall state here that we, the battleships, are the true German navy.
Oscar: Nyaa~ (sfx: nuzzle nuzzle)
Bismarck: Those foolish men from Britain shall be dealt with by me. They can just play right into my hands. Please concentrate on the rest of the world...!
Bismarck: T-THAT'S NOT IT. I am not a soldier who goes weak in the knees for a cat!! He's easily mistaken for a pet, but he most definitely isn't! That's right! He's the captain of the mousing squad! What's wrong about communicating with the squad leader!?

I wonder what German fairies are.
It's been said the German navy is weak, since prior to Bismarck's creation, there have been no German battlecruisers. Because of this, there were huge expectations for Bismarck and it seems his presence in enemy countries was greatly feared.
[ Bismarck's cat ]
There is a tradition of having animals on board as mascots and as such, Bismarck had a cat on board that was responsible for catching mice.
After Bismarck sunk, the cat was rescued by the British and became the mice catcher for a British ship.
But the ship that this cat was on also sunk.
However, the cat had strong luck and was once again rescued and eventually, after the war was over, died of old age.
The cat's name was Oscar.
It would be great if they met again in heaven.

Man I love Bismarck. He is so determined that no one finds out he has emotions or cares for anything. Although U-boy and Oscar-Nyan are the only things he seems to have a soft spot for.
