There's so much that is the same from last year, but there is so much that has changed; I've changed so much this year. Rather than telling you, i'll show you. (I'll still tell you a lot though, haha)
Box City (March)

It was my first time doing box city, it was great! Like camping, only in a box and colder.

Sunrise at Lake Michigan(March)

The morning after Box City, after dropping Alisa and Emmy off at home, I had Dad drive me to the lakefront. I never thought that Lake Michigan could be so beautiful.

May Day March (May)

this explains it
Close Up Washington DC Trip (May)

It was so great learning about American Government in the Nation's capital. I've grown closer with so many people who went on the trip and met people from around the country with different viewpoints than mine. Meeting Gwen Moore(4th District Wisconsin Congresswoman) and Herb Kohl (Wisconsin Senator and owner of the Milwaukee Bucks) was nice too.

(June)

There's never a dull moment when i'm with Josy. I loved going to pride fest with her. I'm an ass eater, lolol.
Pritz loved my project, I'm pretty sure it's still hanging in her room.
I love going to baseball games. This is when the Brewers didn't suck, and it allowed me to say goodbye to most of my friends before leaving for Hungary.

Magyarország(June-August)

The first two weeks in Hungary were so interesting. There was a lot of drama, I was sure we were on a reality show. I got to meet so many interesting and nice people. I love the latins, that day in Eger and Death Mountain was my favorite day out of the camp. I was so sad when they had to leave. I miss having the spanish lessons from Karen on the bus and talking with her while making bracelets. I will visit her in Venezuela one day, I promise.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Americans and Hungarians at the camp. They were fun too, when they weren't being too dramatic. (I loved that too, haha). We got so close during the two weeks. I feel like i've known all of them forever.

AXE night was the greatest. Talking with Dia, Jordan, Gerardo, and Kellie was so fun. It was the birth of the truth table, I regret not being out there with y'all earlier.

I hate picking favorites but Kellie is my favorite for sure. We're so alike, yet different. I feel like I can talk to her about anything and she doesn't judge. I can't wait for her to visit me next summer. We are going to have so much fun. I am so grateful that I met her, and everyone else at the camp: JuditDiaFitoreNorbyMayaAmyLawrenceArnieCharikaJordanKathrynGyosoMateGaborBenceAllisonShainaJessicaGeraldoAnnaPanniDamarizBobby DemarcusLaszloAdamJesKarenOmarSebastianDiegoStefanyErikaRaulMargitandeveryoneelseatthecamp. I am so (sincerely) thankful to have the opportunity to meet and get to know you all.

Rita, my host sister, is one of the most beautiful people i've ever met, inside and out. She took me EVERYWHERE in Budapest. We spent almost every afternoon together exploring the most breathtaking and gorgeous city in the world. She was my personal translator and I would not have survived a second in the city without her help. She researched everything before we would go somewhere and be my tour guide. She always looked up the words she didn't know in English and made sure that I always would understand what she said. She also kept watch of me on the public transport. We spent most nights playing board games and card games. I learned Hungarian numbers and colors by playing UNO. I wish I could give her the experience that she gave to me there, here. Ri, please come to the United States next year! I miss you so much!

The second full day with my host family was magical. We dodged the rain by staying in the Tropicarium to come outside to double rainbows over the Danube River.

I love and miss my beautiful host sisters. They took me to a Hungarian Hip-Hop Festival and on a night boat cruise, two unforgettable experiences.

Andi, my older host sister took me out at night, after convincing my host mother that I would safe with her, because of the language barrier. I'm so glad that she did, we had so much fun at the ZP and Buddha Beach. Webforditas.com saved my life when Rita was downtown in her English Classes and Anya was at the store. We have so much in common and we talk to each other so much. She just got done with a ball, a Viennan Waltz, and she sent me pictures. Oh, she is so gorgeous. I need to learn Hungarian and she needs to learn English and I cannot wait until I see her again, then we will be able to talk, for real. I miss my sis.

Hilda, my host anya(mother), and I had interesting conversations over coffees. We went to the Terror Haza (House of Terror), a museum about the Nazi Occupation and Soviet Occupation in the 20th century, which was an emotional experience for both of us. We then had a long chat about what it was like to live in a Communist society. It caused me to have one of the greatest revelations i've ever experienced. It caused me to question nearly everything i've ever known to be truth. She did everything for me during my stay. I am so thankful for her, she invited me to come back whenever I would like. And sorry Margit, but my Anya is the best cook in Budapest.

Peter, my host brother, and I would watch movies late at night. The first night we stayed up until five in the morning, just talking and asking quesitons. He is a drum teacher and would give me lessons; I wish I could have gotten more lessons, he is such a great teacher. I didn't get to know him that well because he was always out and i'm still a little mad that he didn't take me out to pubs and clubs, but I still miss this douche bag.

Jes is my favorite Aussie. Well, she's the only Aussie that I know, but I still love her and miss her so much. I had so much fun with her at the camp but especially when we met up thrice in Budapest. I miss meeting her at the Oktogon stop and going to Szimpla Kert. I'll never forget Handicraft and walking from Szimpla Kert to West End Mall. And she introduced to the most delicious drink i've ever tasted-- bor es cola. Yummmm.

Reunited and it feels so good with Josy (August)

Josy and I are silly geese. I loved having the picnic at the park and rolling down the hill. Oh, and that naughty video of your brother where you almost had a heart attack is still on my phone, haha.

Autumn (October-November)

Regina and I are beasts. Of course we took first place in city. (I never doubted it for a minute).

My birthday was magical, even though it was slightly upsetting. Alisa, Kelly, and Amanduh are the people who keep me sane (Josy and Leo too, but they couldn't go bowling with us!). Going to the zoo the next day with Josy and her family was so awesome! I love her niece, she's so much like me! And Kelly made up my shitty birthday night by taking me to see a movie the next day as well.

Leooplurdon is my favorite person to see in the morning, when he shows up for class. He's my backbone with a spinal infection that has some sort of complex because he believes he's robin hood to justify his actions.

Snow Day (December)

Not only do I love winter, this snow day kept me sane by letting me not focus on school for once. I just got to kick back for awhile and focus on myself, something I haven't been able to do for awhile.
