End of an era
I finally canceled my Tivo service for the cheaper DVR from my cable company. I felt pretty bad ditching the creator of it all for the undercutter after three years of customer loyalty, but I guess that's what a market economy is all about. I felt like Chandler and Ross trying to quit the gym, but after about 15 minutes I was successful. No matter how many deals and discounts the customer service rep desperately threw at me, there's just no justification for buying a new box in order to get HD service.
