Guns and zombies and blood, oh my...
I've really enjoyed my day off today. I haven't been anywhere, or done anything very productive...but I had a lot of fun ^.^
That's right - I spent God knows how many hours playing House of the Dead 3 (and some of HotD 2), over and over again 'til I pretty much knew what enemy would be coming from where, and when - and practically knew the script of the little cut-scenes XD
But I'd forgotten how much I enjoy playing those games! They 're my arcade love - everytime I see a House of the Dead machine, I have to stop and play on it XD I'm so glad they've released it on the Wii (and kept it just the same as in the arcade too <3) I've been playing those games in arcades and bowling alleys and such for about a decade now - but I can finally play them at home ^.^ I'm such a kid XD A kid that swears like a trooper - man, that game has had some foul language pouring from my mouth today! XD
My arm aches, my trigger finger is killing, and my eyes are sore, but it was damn worth it! I've never gotten so far on those games before in my life, lol - way to waste a day, ne? ^.~
Meh, I'll be more productive tomorrow - need to go to town to get some more trousers for work; I'm down to one pair, so when I'm working 5 days a week it's a little hard to get time to wash and dry them in-between shifts...I'm seriously annoyed though. Was meant to be going to the cinema with my sister tomorrow to see Park Chan Wook's new movie, I'm a Cyborg, But It's OK - but after searching online for about an hour today, I can't seem to find proof anywhere that it'll be showing in any cinemas in Nottingham :( Why?! That's so stupid. It's supposed to be over here NATIONWIDE from tomorrow - what the hell? So we get Miyazaki's films, but not the Korean legend Park Chan Wook's? I've been waiting for it's release over here since first hearing about it last year too. You've let me down, Nottingham...
