Is Chat Down....?

Hey, my friends...is the Lupin/Snape chatroom down? I've been trying to get in for the last couple of days with no success. I even downloaded something called "ircle" but I'm not sure if I've done it correctly, no one is there, it's down..or you guys said "she asks too many questions, she can't play anymore!!"

Seriously, though, is there a problem or is it on my end?
