That's me! Yes, on Saturday morning when I woke up I had a nice titanium screw protruding from my skin ... So beautiful, lol Went to ER, watched three episodes of the greatest American Idol ever, lol Nashville Star (its the country version on USA). I refuse to watch AI.
After a bunch of X-rays, they did exactly as I expected, they simply pulled out the phillips and turned the screw on out, haha Just kidding, the doc just pulled it out easily (it was just dying to sneak out). I saved the screw, I think I should have it molded into some form of jewelry, or I'll screw it into my next racecar's frame, lol
Unfortunately, the X-rays showed that I have one other screw almost out and three others that have loosened up from the titanium plates.
Gotta visit the ortho bone doc soon, so I can be cut open again to fix the plates and screws ... I might even need a bone transplant to fill the gap in the bone thats been created ... Very crazy. Thank God I'm not in too much pain.
