Onto the items!
Tales of the Abyss doujin
I should just tell you now that all of these lean towards Jade/Luke territory because I'm obsessed
1.) Conflict, by Meria ~ $25
Rating: PG-13 for non-explicit sexual content
Plot: First part: Luke has a dream about Jade that leaves him questioning his sexuality. Second part: The party members have problems with bottling things up and leaving them unsaid. Jade comes to realize the consequences of bad communication.

2.) At Grand Chokmah, by Danchipettokinsirei ~ $20
Rating: PG
Plot: A bored Luke and a reluctant Jade wander around Grand Chokmah and chat - adorable Luke-ishness ensues.

3.) The Earth, You and Your Fading Body by Dagashiya Sapporo Potato ~ $25
Rating: PG
Plot: Luke's end-of-game condition flares up in St. Binah. Features Jade and Mieu as well. Very bittersweet story.

Phoenix Wright doujin
Naruhodo: Gyakuten Saiban ~ $25
Ok, this isn't really a doujin - it's an official fanbook for GS1-3. It mostly features little vignettes between the major characters with some art attached. There are also production interviews, and a special section in the back for "Rise From the Ashes" (because it was an added case after the original release of GS1). All of this is in Japanese, of course. I've heard that this fanbook is relatively rare/difficult to find even in Japan.
All three doujinshi are Phoenix/Miles, and in true PW-doujinshi fashion, all of these are VERY much rated R.
1.) GS3 NSS (Gyakuten Saiban 3 Side Story) by Hachimitsu Byoutoh ~ $20
Plot: My Japanese isn't good enough to read the novel part (roughly half of the pages are novel), but part of the story involves Phoenix visiting Dahlia's grave.

2.) Black or White by Hachimitsu Byoutoh ~ $20
Plot: I honestly have no idea, but what pages aren't novel are smut, pretty much. XD

3.) ある夜の詩 by Hachimitsu Byoutoh ~ $20
Plot: Gay. And lots of it. This one is also about half novel.

Tales of Symphonia doujin
Memories of Symphonia ~ $50
Rating: PG
Plot: MoS is a broad history of Kratos' life, from his decision to join Mithos during the Great Kharlan War, to meeting Anna, until the end of ToS. Obviously Kratos/Anna, and features Lloyd quite heavily (though that also should be rather obvious, I guess).
Spoilers: The whole game, really, and then some.
The price on this doujin is higher because, for one, it's 75 pages, and for another, it comes with a separate packet with a panel-by-panel translation of the doujin. I didn't translate it - I bought it this way. The seller I originally bought it from no longer has a copy of it, but the last time I saw it, she was retailing it for $80.
