pirate party and other ramblings
went to a "pirate" party on Saturday night. Apparently I had an excellent time. Apparently I'm the man too. When I walked in the door I was handed a marichino cherry jar. I drank some, it was ok so I went to pass it around. They told me to finish it, so I finished it. After consuming the rather bland beverage I was informed that it was everclear. So from that point on I had many cheers from the gallery. I walked outside after finding a beer and was greated with shouts of, "There he is! Woohoo!" I didn't understand what the big deal was. Like these people have never seen anyone drink everclear before. That aside, there were many wonderul conversations with various people. Like the "guess my job" game and one guy I talked to who apparently just love my sense of humor. I liked making him laugh, cause he had one of those boisterous, high pitched scratchy cackles that just made me feel good. Anyway, it was a good time.
