Component needs to keep data on refresh

well, currently I'm working on the JT website for James. Rather simple, but it does all the nice stuff like keep revisions and allow uploading and editing of comics. Huzzah! Now if Mad Cow can just help me along the road to getting a new host, i can boot the ol US piece of crap and save $140 a month. Did I mention I bought Quicken to take care of my finances? Well, I did, so ner.
I'm gonna make a game! I'm having a hard time explaining the concept to people. The idea is you have an RTS style view of the area (same size, same style) and you run the little guy around the map. The basic weapon (the only one I've thought of so far) will be exactly like the Heavy Machine Gun from Metal Slug, so it fires lots of shots very fast (only it has unlimited ammo, it is the basic weapon!).
Okay so now take the army you'd normally fight in an RTS and send this one little guy against all of them, only they're very easy to kill. So you have hordes of enemies running around that are basically cannon fodder, but get difficult in large numbers.
Okay so fuck the description, its gonna be Smash TV gameplay in a Diablo type game. Happy? Fuckers ...
