It seems that a person cannot get a rest in the Sage Academy. I'm quite pleased to say that both of my hands have fully healed and the bandages have been removed. It was certainly frustrating trying to write properly with them on. Again, I apologize for my illegible handwriting at the time, I shall take care to remember my gloves in the future ( Read more... )

Oh! I'm so glad your hands have healed, Mr. Arun. I was worried for you.

Good luck on your field research! Make sure to be careful.

I am sorry for worrying you. How odd, it feels like it's been quite a while since we've talked. I have missed our conversations. I hope you have been sleeping well since the.. removal of the Muka.

I will, Sister Eliza. I would hate to worry you any further.

It does seem like it, doesn't it? Though, you probably shouldn't have been writing very much with your hands like they were. I did miss talking to you, though!

I've been sleeping much better now, thank you.

Oh dear, I sound like I'm nagging, don't I? [small picture of a little smiling face]

I was able to write with my hands bandaged, but I did need breaks when it got a little painful.

That is good to hear. Perhaps the Muka will be avoiding town for a while?

Not at all, Sister Eliza. It's quite... endearing.

Oh dear, the records are out of date?

Hmm. I can't have that sort of thing in my field of specialty.

It would seem I'll be having to pay the Goats a visit as well.

Their behavioral patterns should not have changed too much over five years, but I would like to make sure before writing this paper.

Five years is quite a while.

I could accompany you, but if you wish to go alone, we could travel separately.

I would not mind the company, Professor. Considering that Goats are rather hard to find locally, having two people searching may be the wiser option.

Your hands have healed? Oh, how wonderful! It certainly must be a relief indeed.

I may have an extra pair you could use, if you'd like?

Good luck with the field research tomorrow, then.

It is. The bandages were getting rather... annoying.

Ah, no, it's quite alright, you may find yourself in need of them some day. I have been meaning to buy a new pair after all, but thank you for your offer, Noah.

Thank you, I hope things go smoothly.

Well almost anything. At least that's what I've heard. I never saw one before. Why?
