"Ohno Mama! But why?! "
"There's no why, Aiba. I needed Satoshi to continue the family line and he could not date Nino. He could Not date Nino because they are both guys. I made Satoshi go for the matchmaking session because I knew Satoshi would not date anyone other then Nino. "
" But. . " Aiba started again but
The doors flung open and the doctor walked out if the operating room with a tired expression.
Ohno ran up to him and asked," How's he, doctor? Is he okay? Will he die or something?"
The doctor chucked lightly at Ohno's worried state before replying " No worries, the patient is fine. He needs a cast for his leg and a hospital stay for a few days because of malnutrition. You can go see him now, but the sedative won't wear off so soon so I suggest you come back later."

Nino could feel his head pounding vigorously as he sat up on the hospital bed.
" Where…am I ?"
" Mother, I need to talk to you.''
Nino heard Ohno's voice and got out of bed. He wanted , no needed, an explanation.
Nino opened the door slightly and peeked out through the crack into the hospital’s hallway.
There he saw Ohno and his mother, having a conversation which looked rather serious and both parties looked tensed up and Ohno looked on the verge of ready to cry.
"Mother, I am not going for the matchmaking sessions any more. I am staying with Nino."
“No, absolutely not."
“Nino is in the hospital because of me. And, I-I-”
“What, Ohno? You, What?”
“I-I…”
“Nino held his breath as if any sound that he made would change what Ohno would say. The few seconds of lack of oxygen, brought him back to his senses and he realized what he was doing. He damned himself for being so stupid to believe the guy that had broke his heart once before. Never was he going to let him break it again, he was not going to fall for it again.
Silently cursing, he dragged himself back onto the hospital bed and squirmed under the covers, forcing himself not to cry. There was no use crying over spilt milk, there was no reason to cry over people like him, there was no reason to cry over his ex-lover, at this point of time, he could not hold his tears in any longer and the tears flowed by the bucketfuls.
He was helpless, at lost about to do, all he could do was silently cry to himself. No one cared, not anyone.
“What, are you just going to lie there and cry?”
Matsujun’s voice broke the sound of his crying and the shocked Nino’s eyes shot open but he made no move to come up from under his bed covers.
“You know you still love him, and that he still loves you, you heard him say it. Then what are you doing still lying here and crying about how cruel the world is?”
He was here all along? And he saw me crying? Why didn’t he say anything then?
“All I can say now is, if you like him. Then tell him, idoit. I am sure Ohno and his “mama” of his would want to know."
Damn it, I hate it when MatsuJun is right. Why must it be the idiot Matsujun of all people, why?
At that precise moment, Ohno Mama stepped into Nino's ward. Nino frowned as he heard the sound of her heels clicking against the floor and felt a ominous presence towering over him. Gracefully, his new ‘guest’ sat down on the chair beside his bed and glared daggers at the person sitting directly opposite her.
"Umm… I will go get something to eat…at the canteen." Jun muttered before dashing out of the ward.
Huh, even the almighty Matsujun is afraid of her…
It was obvious that the Arashi members were not very fond of Ohno’s mother.
Nino felt like he was being squashed by some unseen force as he scrambled out from under his covers and saw the fierce woman staring at him with deep and piercing eyes.
Feeling queasy as silence filled the air, Nino asked in a small voice," Er… Do you want to talk to me?"
"Do you love Satoshi?"
"Eh?!" Nino asked, shocked at Ohno’s mother’s straightforward question.
"I am asking you, a simple question in which you only have to answer yes or no to. Do you love Satoshi?"
"Erm..," Nino replied as he fiddled with his fingers. He definitely did not like where this conversation was going," Yes, I do love him…A-"
“Good. Because since Satoshi is not willing to leave you, and I obviously can’t do anything about it, I guess I have no choice but to accept you. However, I will take Satoshi away immediately if you ever dare to betray him. Mark my words, my dear boy, I am not kidding."
After she finished her little speech, she stood up and strutted out of the ward, leaving Nino sitting on his bed, dumbfounded, as he heard the sound of the clicking of her heels getting softer and softer.
As the sound of her heels disappeared completely, Aiba barged into the room screaming, “YAY! YAove Satoshi?"
"Erm..," Nino replied as he fiddled with his fingers. He definitely did not like where this conversation was going," Yes, I do love him…A-"
“Good. Because since Satoshi is not willing to leave you, and I obviously can’t do anything about it, I guess I have no choice but to accept you. However, I will take Satoshi away immediately if you ever dare to betray him. Mark my words, my dear boy, I am not kidding."
After she finished her little speech, she stood up and strutted out of the ward, leaving Nino sitting on his bed, dumbfounded, as he heard the sound of the clicking of her heels getting softer and softer.
As the sound of her heels disappeared completely, Aiba barged into the room screaming, “YAY! YAY! Ohmiya SK is back together! Now you guys can be like Sakuraiba!"
"Don't eavesdrop you idiot." Nino snapped, unhappy that Aiba heard his conversation with the demon queen from hell. Well, it could not actually be considered as a conversation, rather Aiba eavesdropped on Ohno’s mother’s monologue.
"Hey! It wasn't on purpose! When we heard MatsuJun say that Ohno Mama was talking to you, Oh-chan and I got worried and we rushed up to see if things were okay…"
“What? You and Oh-chan?! You mean you and Sho, right?!" Nino panicked; He can’t have heard my ‘confession’ right? RIGHT?!
"Ah, no. Sho-chan had to leave first for News ZERO! "
Nino stared at the self-satisfied Aiba with an incredulous expression as the door of the ward creaked open and Ohno stepped in.
“Umm… Hey." Ohno stuttered, trying to sound casual.
"Hey…" Nino replied with a expression mirroring Ohno’s nervous one when Aiba Nudged him cheekily and gave him a wink, but before Nino could dump the contents of the flower vase beside him on the hyper man, “I am going to see what… er…what MatsuJun is eating!" With that, Aiba ran out of the room, giving the couple ‘some alone time’.
Ohno walked up to Nino and engulfed Nino in a big hug while Nino tried to squirm away from Ohno’s grasp and failing.
“I was so…, for the lack of a better word, happy, when you told my mother that you still loved me. I am so sorry that I left you. I just thought that maybe…you deserved someone better...better than me…"
Nino pulled away from the hug and screamed, “IDOIT! I wouldn't have choose you in the first place if I didn't think you were good enough! I am Ninomiya Kaz-..mmph."
Ohno abruptly pressed his lips against Nino's and Nino not-so-reluctantly joined in the kiss not long after.
The kiss lasted for a while before they broke apart.
“I swear I will never leave you again”
“Hrumph” Nino grunted as he once again tried to writhe out of Ohno’s grasp
“And I love you too ~" Ohno cooed before engulfing Nino into a bear hug once again.
Out in the hallways, Jun and Aiba were pressing their ears against the door and trying to comprehend the little bits and snippets of the couple's conversation.
" That was soooooo sweet!~… I think…" Aiba chirped, from what he could hear, Ohmiya Sk was back together again and being an Aiba, he was happy.
“Shush, he’s going to hear us. And that was plain mushy, not sweet! Please!" MatsuJun snorted.
“I HEARD THAT!" Nino screamed as the two not so ninja-ish eavesdroppers went running down the hallway, screaming for their lives and that they were sorry.
