wow man im so stoked. my two mile (3200m) time is 3 digits now. I feel good about myself. smithtown came in a mediocre 9th place at counties. nick lemp and myself scored all but 1 of our teams points which is kinda sad but at least we were in the middle. anyway today i cant walk due to the fact that i ran 3 races in the meet. okay bye
