Attention Fellow Rifle City Residents!
Is anyone interested in a little organized Chaos? I've been looking into a troupe in New York called Improv Everywhere. They're basically about creating a funny moment by doing something out of the ordinary. Pretty much what some of us do on a regular basis at Wal-mart. For example, an organized light saber battle in the park or maybe ten people staring at the sky as if looking for something. Anything to draw bystanders in and possibly make them laugh.
