INTER BODY MEMO
TO: Brain
From: ME
To Whom it May Concern:
I understand that dreaming is a natural process of information sorting which must be carried out while I am asleep. It makes sense that you need to defrag your hard drives and such during my down time. However, there is one key factor that I would dearly like for you to explain.
WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH THE NARUTO DREAM?
I don't watch Naruto, I've only read one of the mangas, I'm not a real fan of the show, it's just on in the background. But not to my brain. Oh no, you managed to just pick it up and run with it didn't you? And what was up with the romance? It was like living in a fan fiction!
Please if you can possibly stand it refrain from giving me random TV show dreams. It's like commercials while I sleep. Stick to the shows I know.
Sincerely,
ME
Okay backstory on this. I woke up this morning recalling a dream I had last night. Naruto and Sakura (whose name I magically remembered in dream world but can never recall usually) did a lot of crazy flippy ninjitsu action fighting random things. Then things calmed down and they were walking through a yard to a building down this little slope. There were trees around and it was nighttime and there was a random security light next to the building which, now that I think of it didn't fit in at all, and the sky was purple fading to deep black. I was apparently possessing Naruto. I could feel his emotions and could feel how he felt about Sakura. She seemed quiet but now annoyed to all hell with him like she usualy is. He keep thinking about doing crazy shit to impress her while we were walking so finally I told him, "You like her, and you want this to work so how about you sit down and shut up and learn from watching?" and I took over and wouldn't let him get control of his body. I remember making him say some nice things about her etc. And she seemed happy about it and then we walked for a bit and he was pissed in his head because I had taken over for him but he was bregrudgingly happy to because I was fixing things and then I left them standing faceing each other as I woke up.
OKAY so I don't watch this show. I used to have it on for background noise at times but I've never really made an effort to watch it or get into the characters. Some ofthe characters have traits that annoy the crap out of me like NAruto's voice and Brock Lee's eyes. So why does my brain find it fit to shove me into a fangirl's dream situation? Anyone got an answer for me?
