I believe that the Law of Attraction works. A few months ago I decided that I was going to go on a trip to Italy over the summer after I graduate. Miami has a summer Language Institute there, so I was going to do that. I had no possible idea how I would pa for it, so I decided not to worry about that and to just have faith that it would work out. I had faith that the money would come to me. So just a few weeks ago I discovered that the History Department had a number of scholarships available. But I was disappointed to note that I had found out about it a day after the due date. I casually mentioned this to one of my professors, and she promptly haggled with the person in charge to get me an extension. SO I went home that night and tried to come up with something to write in the essay that would be good enough to win and I just couldn't think of anything. But then I just relaxed my mind and had a burst of inspiration and came up with a completely awesome essay. And today I just found out that I received a scholarship with $7,000. That is enough to cover my trip to Italy and then some. I knew it would work. I had faith, and then it came to me, just like I believed it would. The universe bent over backward for me, and I did my best to take every opportunity possible. I am so grateful that I barely have words to express it. I am so full of belief and joy and luck and gratitude. Thank you, universe!
