Sugar Bowl
So LSU won the Sugar Bowl!... yay for them :) I'm not really a big football fan, nor am I a huge LSU fan, not having attending college there. It is fun to watch a big game when you know at least one of the teams tho. My fairly limited knowledge of the game was acquired during 4 years of Friday night football games as a member of the Zachary Bronco marching band. Even with my general lack of appreciation for the sport, it was an AWESOME game! Very fun to watch.
So my boss will not be at work tomorrow. He had box seats (his wife is a VP for the New Orleans (formerly Charlotte) Hornets) and already warned me that he will be waaaay too hung over to make it to the office tomorrow. Of this I have no doubt. Actually, since we won, I fully don't expect to be recovered enough to see him until Wednesday. As someone recently told me, "it's good to be king".
Saw this quote tonight and it reminded me of something that Jay said a few days ago:
