Oh lord this weekend is gonna hurt..
I'm lying here twitching in pain. AFTER a pain pill. I have taken my nightly meds, waiting for them to kick in. Also added one muscle relaxer to the mix. Once it kicks in I should be better. Just need to drop the pain level a few notches so the muscle spasms will stop. Grrrr
There will be much use of TENS, heating pad, and careful, but more frequent than usual use of pain meds.
Not saying much since on average, I use my pain meds maybe twice a month. And my Rx is written for every 4 hrs. So eh.... Even when hitting them hard and heavy (by my standards) I never hit the written dosage, always under.
I will however, have to get a refill for the first time in a year.
