Weekends and cat-sitting

Haven't posted properly here in a very long time, and to be honest, this isn't going to be the post that changes that. I know I should, but I always find it very hard to compose interesting posts or even remember anything unless I post immediately. And since rediscovering Facebook, I update my status if there's anything I *really* want to say ( Read more... )

That would be awesome, but would it not be difficult to manage all that traipsing without a car? Unless you mean to stay with them, but would that not mean abandoning your own poosy-cat?

I suppose it depends on just what you want the cat-sitter to do - I can happily come over for an hour or so each on Saturday and on Sunday, feed the kitties, play with them a bit, and go away again. You're not that far from the bus stop! If you wanted them visited twice-daily, though, that would be more of a pain.

An hour a day would be great, though I need someone to come over on Friday too (my flight is tomorrow evening, though I hope to get home for half an hour between work and flight ( ... )

Maybe late afternoon? They're most used to having someone around in the evening. If late afternoon doesn't suit though, then mid-afternoon is grand :)

I haven't actually broached the topic with the neighbours yet, but when I do I'll text you. It'll either be next door on the left (as you're looking at the house) or in the Dry Cleaners across the road.
