i had an interesting conversation with a amanda and wanted others perspective
the whole christian idea of original sin and such is that adam and eve ate the fruit of knowlege, because of this, they were booted out of paradise and now all must repent for their sin, otherwise theyll go to hell.
the topic of debate was the fact that the sin is partaking in knowlege. I was asking why god wanted man to remain ignorant? I cant realy accept or understand why it would be a sin to educate oneself?
