Best Low Days Of My Life
Hello everyone. Hope you're well this Monday.
Does anyone else feel that February is unnecessarily in a hurry this year? In a dude-keep-the-hell-up kind of way.
This last week has been a series of fail.
- The pics I transferred from my dad's laptop are completely unusable. Somewhere in the transfer, the bytes just went wonky and are not doing their job. Some of the pics are of the Idul al-Adha festivities at my parents', and my Sis family's travel photos to Kuching, Sarawak.
If anyone knows on how to recover these pics, do share them with me. I can see the thumbnails just fine on my dad's laptop but could not open the pics any further on both of our laptops.
- My moue Wordpress blog of three years has been suspended. I'm not sure when it exactly happened in the last three weeks and I don't know what exactly brought it down--perhaps it's my music links, but I disconnected all the links within a month. All blog posts were not backed up so, yeah. I don't know whether I should restart another one.
- Good news, I've gotten a 3-room flat. I'll be co-owning it with my brother and we should be able to move in by June this year. Bad news? Other than the mortage which will last for life (!), I also need to be paying off three flat-related additional loans in the next two years. I've been living my life of a budget for the last several years so this is not so much a daunting thing for me but still. Why must something good cost so much?
On their own, they seem happenstance, unrelated. Thinking on and noting them down here, I'm just glad the week's done and I can move forward with what I need to do.
