Kim Heechul is strong, Kim Heechul is gorgeous, Kim Heechul is perfect.
He doesn’t listen to others, because he rules the world. He doesn’t compromise in others, because others always compromise in him. He doesn’t care what people think of him, because they all end up loving him after all.
No one can change him, no one can own him. Kim Heechul cannot be hurt by anyone.
“Heechul?”
The voice was too familiar to mistake. Heechul regretted picking up the call as soon as he heard the voice. It had been so long since they talked last, too long so he gave up counting. There were many things he wanted to say to the other, but he just remained silent. All the complaints he was planning to put on if he got a chance, and even some sarcastic jokes with a cent of accusation had disappeared in his throat.
“I saw the picture. At the airport. The scar, under you eye.”
Heechul should not feel the pain in the apparent decline in the other one’s Korean. There was not only the distance between them. There were company, contract, family and country which separated them undeniably, and Heechul had no way to stop it.
“I’m sorry”, the china man said.
“For what?”
Heechul answered for the first time. He looked out the window of his room to find the rain falling silently. He hated raining, it gave him a headache. Once Hangeng said he liked raining because it gave him a comfort. They were totally different persons, they had almost nothing in common. And maybe that was why they were drawn into each other.
“For not being there with you now.”
Heechul bit down on his lip hard. If only, if only at this moment, he could be allowed to forget everything. No contract conflict, no arguments that took place hundreds of times over the phone once, even no social status as a celebrity and the members he was supposed to protect. Because there was a man he had let himself rely on so much, shared countless times of hugs, kisses and nights. The man he believed and loved.
But he knew well that things could not be forgotten so easily. Hangeng had left, and he stayed here alone.
“If you can’t be here right now, to hug me, kiss me or fuck me, then you should not have called me.”
“Heechul.”
Hangeng repeated the name again, as if he didn’t know other words. His voice had not changed at all. Maybe he had not changed. But the situation had been changed so much, and Heechul could not find the light at the end of this endless tunnel.
“Heechul, I love you.”
“No, you don’t.”
Heechul ended the line.
He can hide the scar with a mask or glasses perfectly, and the scar itself will be healed soon or later. But he knows there is a scar which cannot be cured forever. The scar keeps burning in his heart and destroys him from inside.
Kim Heechul is strong, Kim Heechul is gorgeous, Kim Heechul is perfect.
He doesn’t love the man who leaves him.
He doesn’t cry for the man who never leaves his heart.

They should not be separated.
