Phone geekyness
After a little over 2 years, just 2 weeks after my 24 month contract ended, my iPhone 3G finally died.
I suspect that iOS 4 was the straw that broke the camel's back - its been liming pretty bad for a couple of months, just getting slower and slower, even as I've been using it less and less.
So very glad to be out of contract, I must admit. I've been getting shafted by Telstra (the service provider) for years now, and have been wanting to move to another provider for ages.
So, I took the plunge. I signed up for a 2 year contract with Vodafone, and got myself a nice new HTC Legend with $0 upfront.
So I'm on Android now - and its quite a different experience, very much reminding me of when I dabbled with Linux. Takes a lot of getting used to, and I'm still trying to get it all figured out.
So with that in mind - would anyone like to recommend some good Android apps that I should check out? :)
