Heard on the radio today that Citibank has just launched a new credit card without minimum income requirement. I jumped at e idea, as I haven't been able to get any card due to my income requirements which I do not meet. The perks and privileges are rather good as compared to other cards, just that the limit is set at $500. YES, it is that low, but
