Life is going GREAT! Im almost done with my College Program Internship down here at Disney World. I go home December 25th, yes Christmas. But its a surprise for my family (so if you are friends with my sister dont tell her please!!!). My program is supposta end January 5th but CBC starts on the 3rd. So I have to come home early, I was gonna come home on the 28th but a plane ticket is like $800!!! And on the 25th they are only $300, so my dad got me plane ticket and I cant wait to see the look on the rest of my familys face when I will be there Christmas afternoon with them. I am SOO excited. Since I originally wasnt going to be home for Christmas, it would have been probaly 2 full years before I had seen my oldest sister Andie. Last time I saw her was last Christmas because I missed her when she came home this summer since I was in Orlando by then, and I wont get to see her next summer because I will be in England (well get to that later). So yeah, it would have been a full 2 years before I would have gotten to see her and her husband Blake again since they now live in North Carolina, but since I will be home before they head out again.. I cant wait!!
So when I come home I plan on going to school, right now I am going to be taking International Relations, Intro to Cultural Anthropology, and Medival Art History. My dad wants me to get my math out of the way, so I might have to take that instead of my Medival Art History Class.. Booo! I have thought about taking some more theater classes at CBC, but im not sure yet, we shall see.
I got my job back at Pac Sun, well un-offically, I still have some paperwork and such to do. I will be getting some what of a raise when I go back, before I was lead sales and now I will be senior sales. Before as lead sales I got more responsibilites then a sales associate but not quite as many as a manager, but when I come back as senior sales I will be doing basically the same stuff a manager does, sorta like an assistant manager in training.
Ill be home for about 6 months before I head out again, this time.. to ENGLAND! I shall be back and go to 2 quarters of school where I am going to work my ass off at school and work 2 jobs and make lots of money so I can save up to go on a work internship over in Leeds, England where I am going to have the time of my life with all those crazy british folks, oh how I love my british boys... mmm.. nothing is better then there capri pants, crazy haircuts, lil puma shoes, and soccer jerseys... how i love them... mmm.. ok, back to reality. The internship is yet another college internship in the hospitality field. I shall be workingat either a Pub, Hotel, or Resturant (got my fingers crossed for the pub- crazy college alcholics). Cant wait.
I did get a new job at Disney World. A job I absolutley love, and if I was you, I would be jelouse of me for having it.. haa haa. Well as I said before, I usta work at the Indiana Jones Stunt show. Nothing excited, I sat people, then cleaned up there shit. Well... now I work at The Great Movie Ride. For those of you who have never been to Disney World (go kids go, its the best place ever). Its the ride that the whole Disney-MGM Studios park was based around. Its an exact (with 1 tiny minor detail) replica of Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood. But instead of being a theater, we have a ride inside. The Great Movie Ride. Takes you through classic movie scenses acted out by anamatronics (only the best invention ever). And I am a tour guide. I have a 50 page script memorized in my lil head and drive this vehicle through the ride and talk about all these classic movies (Footlight Parade, Singing in the Rain, Mary Poppins, The Public Enemy, A Clint Eastwood and John Wayne Scene.. cuz they never made a movie together but are the two most famous movie cowboys, Alien, Indiana Jones- Raiders of the Lost Arc, Tarzan, Casablanca, Fantasia, and Wizard of Oz). I kid you not, this ride kicks major ass. Google "The Great Movie Ride" and you can see some pictures of it... although those pictures do it no justice- ill show you real good pictures when I get back to Washington.
Well thats about it that is going on in my life right now. Im exctited to be coming home to Washington (for 6 months) and cant wait to see my family and friends again, and to start working at Pac Sun again. So see ya all soon. xoxo
