No I am not into Trannies.
But I AM into television. I am a junkie. Not that I know every line of every character of my favorite shows, it's just that I enjoy watching TV.
One of my guiltiest of pleasures is Starting Over. How gay am I? 6 women move into a house and work with 2 life coaches and start some aspect of their lives over. Last season it took place in Chicago. This year the house is in L.A. I think I need a life coach!
I am a BIG Knots Landing Fan. I started watching Knots when I was in middle school back in the late 70's. Of course there was Dallas, Dynasty and Falcon Crest too but there was just something about Knots Landing. It made you want to live in a culdesac. I started College in 85 so I didn't have the opportunity to continue my addiction. But thank you GOD, for the Soap Network. So now, everyday at 5, I have been watching and actually catching up on all the goings on, on Seaview Circle!
Desperate Housewives features one of my Knots Landing favorites Nicolette Sheridan. I love this show. It's the Knots Landing of the 21st century!
And of course one of my stand byes (even though it has never been the show I wanted it to be) Will & Grace. Which would be a better show if it were titled Jack and Karen but I digress.
This is not to say that these are the only shows that I love. And I don't want to slight any of my older faves like The Brady Bunch, The Mickey Mouse Club (The 70s one the no one ever knows about) and the countless others that warped my brain as a child. It just that I am enjoying the current fare and honestly feeling a little guilty about it!
