hi!
thanks for the warm comment :) photos? oh you mean the video attached to this page? i just found it on youtube, i love this song and figured it goes well with this poem :)
i have been writing poetry since i was in highschool i am now 27 and it started out as with kiddie rhyming and then was influenced by lyrical geniuses like alanis morissette, such elaborate and articulate prose i was totally inspired! yea i understand that getting busy part, i used to write like 10 poems a day back in highschool and even college, then work came and it just gets the best of me i miss writing so much ...
il take a look at your blog, i really like the cute navy guys on the first page hihi i think you should go for it and write your own poetry! topics well its random but predominantly about love, theres a lot of emotions involved when love is lost, pain, rejection - so articulating it in writing gives me such pleasure and besides an added outlet - i just remember that specific instance, day, or happening when i felt something and try to elaborate on that feeling, writing it either in a visual way or in circles like an inside joke that only you can get (or so you thought hihi sometimes the feeling is universal that most or some people can relate or figure it out no matter how vague you describe it ... when an idea or thought hits me the words keep on flowing and as much as i want a pen and paper handy thats not always handy so either i jot it down on my phone or hope i remember it when i get to a pen and paper :)
thanks again for reading, im glad you enjoyed it :)
