Ok, this is going to be a long entry, and almost everything went wrong! 1st day- we were supposed to be there in 8 hours, took us 13 plus we got lost in Taledo for and hour and a half. Got there so late, didnt get to go to strawberry square. 2nd day-Hershey Park. My uncles grilfriend Nickie is in a wheel chair, and not a small girl. Plus Pennsilvania is a VERY hilly state and my unlce Dean decided to go to some cave with my uncle Mark and grandparents. So we got stuck pushing her around the park and as a added bounus, her mom and niece came in from Florida to share our vac. and likes to eat out. And it was to cold to go on any of the water rides! We also didnt make it to the Hershey Zoo, gardens, or musem! 3rd day-Amish Country and Philadelphia(a.k.a. philey) Going through Amish Country was fine, but 5 hours of seeing cows and guys in overalls got boreing. I also found out how slow my family is, we were late and rushed for everything! While we were in Amish, Gwen, Nickies mom, wanted to eat Amish. So we went to a restaraunt for hours eating, And it was $16 for a plate! Then we were to LATE for down town Lancaster. 4th day- Philadelphia. Guess what, we got there late, at about 4:30, and all the historic buildings like Independence hall, and the Liberty bell closed at 5. We got to c the Lib. bell, but nothing else. So Gwen wanted to go ONLY 2 blocks down to get a Philys cheese steak. After 9 blocks, we figured something was wrong. The store was closed and we ended up eating hamburrgers at some place. After everyone was done, they just sat around talking, for an hour! My dad was pissed cause we missed all of Philadelphia cause we spent 2 hours eating a freaking hamburger! But he did get to go through a creepy, old cemetary. (dont ask) and I saw Ben Franklin`s grave(joy.) Plus since we were late, I didnt get to go to King of Prussia mall.(biggest mall on the east coast) 5th day- One of the days that went right! We spent the morning swimming, and then went to Medieval Times. We were the blue night, and when he got a rose, he threw it to me! I have it in the fridge so it wont die! 6th day- OMG! We left 2 hours late, and went to c Mount Vernon(a.k.a. George Washingtons home). That went ok, I saw Georges grave and his wife, and the very bed and room he died in! and the room he was layed out in for 3 days after his death! and I got to walk on top of the graves of 150 dead slaves, which none of us knew untill we saw the sign saying in this area are 150 unmarked graves of slaves. God thats sick! And then we went to D.C. which we got there late. On the way there, we got seperated and lost. All these people were honking and cusing at us, and the lights were on the side of the street so my parents rolled through a couple of red lights. Then when we FOUND a parking spot, we saw this one air musem, then we were supposed to go to all these fancy monuments and musems, but they all closed at 5:30. My dad was so disapointed, instead of making a scene, and cusing, he just went crazy, syaing, oh, we better hurry up cause this bench is gonna close in 5 min. And we didnt get to Fords thearter, White house, Arlington Cemetary, Smithsonain musems, or get to see the Declaration of Independance. Plus Gwen wanted to go eat again, so we wasted more time. 7th day- Went perfect, went to Fourt McHenry, This haunted graveyard were Edgar Allan Poe was burried and there was this coffine that was cracked wide open, and I saw the room Poe died in. Then we went to this Inner Harbor and shopped around at little stores. I boutgh my friends these matching sea shell necklaces and braclets, and had fun. 8th day- 10 hour drive home, then started to write this and the power went out, so had to type it all over again!
